By accessing or using WorkCrews ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

WorkCrews is an AI-powered workflow automation platform that enables organisations to run automated analysis and document generation workflows ("Crews") for legal, finance, HR, and other professional use cases.

The Service uses artificial intelligence including large language models. Outputs generated by the Service are for informational and drafting purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring all users in your organisation comply with these Terms
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

Organisations must be approved by WorkCrews Ltd before accessing the full Service. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke approval at our discretion.

The Service is offered on subscription plans as described on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorise WorkCrews Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. WorkCrews Ltd does not store your card details. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

Free trials are offered on paid plans. After the trial period, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any security features
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to train competing AI models
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

The Service uses AI to generate content including legal analysis, risk assessments, and document drafts. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies
• Generated content does not constitute professional legal, financial, or other advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs before use
• A qualified professional should review outputs before they are relied upon
• WorkCrews Ltd accepts no liability for actions taken based on AI-generated content

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant WorkCrews Ltd a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding your uploaded content) are and will remain the exclusive property of WorkCrews Ltd. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkCrews Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
